Anything we put in (or on) your car will be at least as good as your vehicle manufacturer’s recommendations and often exceeded. Castrol provides technically superior fully synthetic and part synthetic engine oils and specialty lubricants for your car.

We like to be transparent to our customers, we have fixed prices for all makes and models with no hidden extras – so if you have a 10 year old Ford Fiesta or a 1 year old Mercedes C-class our Interim Service is only £109*. If there is a supplement for a specialist oil for example we will tell you about it before you book. So you will always know what you need to pay, and if there is any extra work to be done on your car, we will quote you before we do anything, so at IN’n’OUT you are always in the driving seat. 


We operate a While-U-Wait service, we understand how busy you are and how important your car is to you, so most of our services can be completed in less than an hour, this way you are never without your car for more than you need to be. You book your slot and the ramp and technicians will be waiting for you, on that day, at that time. Our MOT is only £49 and completed in 60 minutes or less!  Also our centres are located in fantastic locations, mainly on retails parks, near supermarkets and on main roads into your local town, so you can drop your car off with us and do a little shopping while you wait.


We pride ourselves in offering a refreshingly different experience and listening to what our customers want, our teams are trained to be customers service focused. We do not expect you to be an expert in mechanics of a car, we don’t use jargon when we explain things to you, and we will always talk to you in a non-patronising way. It’s important you are comfortable and confident in the service you are getting from IN’n’OUT. Our most popular feedback we receive is how ‘friendly and professional’ our teams are and that is when we know we really are getting right. Along with quality staff, quality products are important to us too, we use only the best products from Castrol, Euro Car Parts, Pagid brakes and others – and we never substitute with cheap alternatives. We have fantastic lounges for you to wait in, cleanliness is important to us, as that helps you to be comfortable in our centres. All our lounges offer FREE quality coffee, FREE Wi-Fi and a great selection of the latest magazines, you can also see your car being worked on through the viewing window in our lounges, because at IN’n’OUT we have nothing to hide!
