IN’n’Out Are Offering An Innovative And Much Needed Service

As a woman on her own with a baby who isn’t bottle fed and needs to stay with me at all times, it can be really hard to get everyday jobs, like the MOT,  – or at least not without a logistical challenge or being met with an indifferent, sometimes intimidating attitude. I think IN’n’Out are offering an innovative and much needed service where not only is it practical to get your MOT (quick, easy to book, local, in a retail park, pleasant clean lounge where I could easily wait with baby, and WC), but they’re friendly too and recognise the customer who comes in to spend money is a real person with a family! I have to commend Aaron who welcomed me to the Northampton Towcester Road centre yesterday, for his friendly welcome and putting me at ease. You know, these things make a huge difference! Thanks to the rest of the team too, who worked hard to let me leave as soon as I could. I would definitely return if these elements remain a part of the service.

Brilliant Service & Pleasant Staff Will Come Back Again

You are certainly named well. I booked for a service and MOT this was done in the specified time, which to me is very important as I work all week. I was phoned by Martin who informed me one of my wiper blades would not pass the MOT I asked him to replace it and he said give him another 10 mins and he would ring me back when it was ready which he did. He went through everything they’d done to my car which being honest I didn’t understand as I’m a woman who knows where the petrol goes and how to start the car. My daughter recommend you and I will also recommend you, brilliant service pleasant staff will come back again thank you

Great Staff Who Are No Nonsense

Simple process, great staff who are no nonsense. I really get the feeling that the staff are not trying to find ways to rip me off. Can’t say the same of most garages who I feel have vested interests in failing and ripping off customers who don’t know what to look for. Couldn’t praise the staff at Milton Keynes more.

Honest Approach And Excellent Customer Service Levels

I first visited your Stockton on Tees centre shortly after purchasing my current car which was previously leased through my then employer. That was back in March 2013 when the car’s first MOT was due. I was delighted with the open and transparently honest approach and excellent customer service levels. My car has just had its third service and MOT,a ll undertaken by yourselves. In addition I have taken my daughter’s car for services and MOT.
